Beachfront Phuket - Bang Tao Beach (Phuket)

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the main beach area and local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with double bathrooms. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any requests.

The pool bar was never open, which was a bit disappointing.

Good sized room. We found Nok Seafood Restaurant to dine in 600 feet from the hotel. We visited surin beach that was not far from the venue...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with daily changes of bed linen, bath and beach towels. The hotel facilities were excellent, and it was great to have air conditioning in all the rooms. The location was perfect, with both local restaurants and the main beach area within easy reach.

Great breakfast with fresh fruit juice, and the pool was refreshing. the room had a balcony and a comfortable bed, which was a plus. the location was convenient, close to a few restaurants and shops.

The staff was not very helpful, and the room had a strange odor. the hotel was located near a busy road, which made it very noisy at night, difficult to sleep.

Staying at this hotel was an experience full of luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the room advantages were exclusive, with a comfortable bed and a wide variety of pillows to choose from.

Although the swimming pool was beautifully designed and very clean, the size was rather small.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was really good, with bed linen, bath and beach towels changed every day. Hotel facilities were great, with air conditioning in all the rooms and scooters available to rent directly from the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to local restaurants and both Surin and Bang Tao beach.

Located at the end of a scruffy area, this apartment building is isolated and far from the main beach area. the beach is crowded with boats and short on space. Luckily the staff are friendly and helpful, always available to offer advice on the local area and even arrange trips. the apartments themselves are spacious and the rooms cleaned daily. the poolside bar is not open and there is no facility to get drinks around the pool.

The hotel appears to be an apartment building, therefore it doesn't have a hotel vibe.

Everything was fantastic.

Had a great Xmas stay with comfortable rooms and accommodating staff. Loved the location as it was not too crowded and away from the noise. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and changed daily. Pleasant surprise of complementary washing service and transport to local restaurants.

The hotel wasn't located on the best part of the beach, but it was only a 5-minute walk to the main beach. Also, the deep trench between the hotel and the beach was dangerous.

The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. the room advantages were amazing with a comfortable and spacious setting. the helpful and responsive staff made our stay outstanding. the exquisite private facilities were a great touch.

The only minor issue we faced was the language barrier with some of the staff members. However, it did not significantly affect the service quality.
